*Our Season is a "Short Course" season: all pools will be 25 yards or meters in length.
"Long Course" pools are 50 yards or meters

All Indoor Season athletes must either:
Be a member of the Wellness Center, or
Pay a drop-in fee per practice

We offer two training options for the 2025-26 indoor season:
Conditioning Athlete Only - $75 per 3-month session

Requires USA Swimming registration before competing

What's the difference between Full and Flex USA Swimming membership?
Full Membership ($82/year):
- Available for all ages
- No restrictions on number of meets
Flex Membership (~$30/year):
- For swimmers 12 & under only
- Limited to 2 meets per year
- Short course pools only (25 yards or meters)
When are practices?
Schedule: Starting September 30th
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Location: Wellness Center Pool
Athletes also receive additional workouts to complete independently, supervised by lifeguards.

Registration is required before participating in any competitive meets.
Do I need a Wellness Center membership?
Yes, all athletes must either:

How do swim meets work?
Meet fees vary and are paid by families via Active for each meet. Sample costs:
Individual Events: $5.00
Midwestern Fee: $6.50
Facility Fee: $13.50
USA Swimming registration must be completed before participating in any meets.

How does team communication work?
The team uses BAND communication with a dedicated group for the indoor season. You'll receive information about joining when you register.

What ages and skill levels do you accept?

The Summer League runs from May through June, featuring competitive meets within the Nebraska–Kansas Swim League. Practices focus on technique and race preparation, culminating in team meets that foster sportsmanship and community.What is the new Year-Round USA Swimming program?
